The Executive & Committee are responsible for developing and monitoring show budgets, setting and achieving sponsorship targets, public liability and equipment insurances, development of Risk Management and WHS policies for rehearsals and performances, and auditing and reporting as required by government regulations.
While only one show may be in production at any given time, show budgets are prepared up to 6 shows in advance and investments made in advance where appropriate and financially feasible.
