It was a time to dust off your leather jackets and pull on your bobby-socks as one of the most successful and popular musicals of all time rock ‘n’ rolled its way to the Princess Theatre in March 2013.
All your Rydell High favourites were there – Sandy, Danny, Kenickie, Frenchy, Rizzo, the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies – singing the unforgettable songs from the hit movie including Greased Lightnin’, Summer Nights, We Go Together and the mega hits Hopelessly Devoted to You and You’re the One That I Want!
Audiences got to throw their mittens around their kittens and hand-jive the night away as ‘bad boy’ Danny and ‘the girl next door’ Sandy fell in love all over again in a spectacular show that made thousands want to stand up and shout, ‘A-wop-bop-a-loo-bop A-wop-bam-boom!’
It’s the most electrifyin’ extravaganza on stage… Be there or be square!
